Assistant Duty Manager (Job Share - 30hrs)

An exciting opportunity exists for an assistant duty manager on a job share basis.

The assistant duty manager will ensure the smooth day to day running of the business and will be answerable to the Duty Manager and Managing Director.
The successful candidate will be reliable and professional at all times, hands-on to the job and leading by example. They must possess excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and the energy and enthusiasm necessary to inspire a team and to work in a highly charged child orientated environment.
In any one day the assistant manager may find him/herself helping out on reception, supervising the play structure, serving behind the counter in the restaurant or hosting parties.

Hours will include alternate weekends.

All training will be given however management experience is essential.
Rates of pay will depend on experience with pay review after 6 months.

Head Over Heels is open to the public 7 days per week
9.30am - 7.00pm  Monday to Friday
9.30am - 6.30pm  Saturday and Sunday
Occasional late parties from 6.30pm - 8.30pm

Staff working hours are between
9.00am - 7.30pm  Monday to Friday
9.00am - 9.00pm  Saturday and Sunday
