Receptionist (Full & Part Time)
We currently have vacancies for both full and part-time
(15-20hrs) receptionists.
Receptionist's duties involve booking children and parents in and out on a computerised booking system, booking parties both over the phone and in person, handling money, preparing balloons, ensuring a safe environment for the children and maintaining tidiness in the reception area.
All training will be given on site however previous customer service experience is essential.

The minimum wage offered will be £5.35 per hour with higher rates dependant on experience and with pay reviews at 6 months.
Head Over Heels is open to the public 7 days per week
9.30am - 7.00pm Monday to Friday
9.30am - 6.30pm Saturday and Sunday
Occasional late parties from 6.30pm - 8.30pm
Staff working hours are between
9.00am - 7.30pm Monday to Friday
9.00am - 9.00pm Saturday and Sunday
