Good to know before you go

WALK INS WELCOME | Tickets can be purchased on arrival at reception and are subject to availability.

ADVANCE TICKETS | Tickets can be purchased in advance at any time on the website and guarantee entry.

SESSION TIMES | Please choose a session time based on how long you wish to stay at the centre including time in the cafe. Stay longer charges are added on exit if you exceed your pre booked session time.

TOP TIP | We are usually busiest at the weekends and school holidays, especially around lunchtime, and we recommend pre booking tickets to guarantee entry. Also please allow extra time for parking, as we have limited car parking spaces (16) at the venue READ MORE

• We are a cashless venue and accept card and contact-less payments only.

• We do not allow picnics. Only food and drinks purchased at Head Over Heels can be consumed on the premises.

• Socks or tights must be worn by everyone to enter the play areas. We sell socks at reception if needed.

• Don't forget to bring a padlock if you wish to use our lockers. We sell padlocks at reception if needed.

• Maximum 1.45m height restriction for players in force to ensure safety of all children.

• Only children aged 3 and under are allowed to play in the toddler area with adult supervision at all times.

• Children over 1.45m are not permitted on the play frame or in the toddler area, not even to supervise younger children.
