Good to know before you go

 

FAIR PLAY POLICY | For the safety and enjoyment of all visitors, parents and guardians must follow our Fair Play Policy and ensure that their children play by the rules.

​

• Maximum 1.55m height restriction for players in force to ensure the safety of all children.

• Age Restrictions are in place for the baby and toddler area. Only children aged 3 and under can play in the baby and toddler areas with adult supervision. We cannot make exceptions.

• Children over 1.55m are not permitted on the play frame or in the toddler area, not even to supervise younger children.

ADVANCE TICKETS | Tickets can be purchased in advance at any time on the website and guarantee entry. Customers are advised to arrive no earlier than 5 minutes at the centre to check in. If you are late arriving for your session, we will do our best to help, but cannot guarantee we can move your booking if we are fully booked. Once booked tickets are non refundable.

 

WALK INS WELCOME | Tickets can be purchased on arrival at reception and are subject to availability. However we always recommend pre booking to guarantee entry especially at busy times during the the weekend and holidays.

SESSION TIMES | We offer a choice of session times from 1.5-2.5 hours that can be booked throughout the day from 9.30am. Please choose a session time based on how long you wish to stay at the centre including time in the cafe if you are planning to eat with us. The Mega Meal and Play Deal is the best value and includes a

 

STAY LONGER | Stay longer offers the flexibility to extend your stay for an additional charge. Charges are added automatically on exit if you exceed your pre booked session time.

TOP TIP | We are usually busiest at the weekends and school holidays, especially around lunchtime, and we recommend pre booking tickets to guarantee entry at this time. Please allow extra time for parking, as we have limited car parking spaces (16) at the venue, there is local street parking and paid parking approximately a 5 minutes walk away. READ MORE

PARKING AT THE VENUE |

 

CASHLESS VENUE | We are a cashless venue and accept card and contact-less payments only.

 

CAFE | We have two cafes, one on the ground floor and the Sky Terrace Cafe with lift access which sell a wide selection of fresh hot and cold food and drinks with vegetarian, vegan and halal options on the menu. Our food is freshly prepared and we can provide wheat free and dairy free alternatives and cater for special dietary requirements. We provide high chairs and we have facilities for warming baby food and a quiet room for breast feeding if needed. There is comfortable seating for parents in the cafe and Sky Terrace (lift access), free high speed Wi-Fi, laptop bar and booths with power points.

 

NO PICNICS | We do not allow picnics. Only food and drinks purchased at Head Over Heels can be consumed on the premises.

BABY CHANGING FACILITIES | We have 3 large baby changing facilities on the ground floor and Sky Terrace mezzanine accessible via lift.

​

QUIET ROOM | A small quiet room is located on the Sky Terrace mezzanine for customer use.

​

CLOAKROOM AND PRAM STORAGE | We provide cloakroom and pram storage on the ground floor and Sky Terrace mezzanine which is accessible via lift.

​

LOCKERS | Small lockers are available on the ground floor and on the Sky Terrace mezzanine for customer use whilst using the play equipment. They are free to use with your own padlock or padlocks can be purchased at reception.
