Both children and adults must be wearing socks whilst on the main playframe and toddller area. Arms and legs should be covered to reduce the risk of friction burns on the slides. Clothes with cords that could get caught in the play equipment should not be worn in the play area.
Friction burns hurt, so however hot the weather outside, we recommend bringing some extra clothes to cover up and protect arms and legs. We are air conditioned, so players can still have fun.
Yes. The main playframe is designed for children aged 4 and over up to a maximum height of 1.55cm. Adults are allowed on the playframe for supervision purposes only if required.
The seperate baby and toddler area is for 3's and under only with adult supervision at all times.
Please note, Children in excess of the 1.55m height restriction are not allowed on the play frame even or for supervisory purposes.
Picnics are not allowed. Only food and drink purchased at Head Over Heels can be consumed on the premises. The only exception is for baby food, and we have a microwave and can also warm bottles in hot water. Please ask at the cafe counter for help.
We offer a Meal and Play Deal which includes the children's entry for a 2.5 hours session, a choice of any children's meal and a choice of drinks.
On school days, we offer reduced entry prices for children aged 1+ with unlimited session time play time.
If you have pre school aged children, then we offer reduced entry prices for children aged 1+ which includes unlimited play time on week days during school term time.
At weekends and during school holidays in the winter months we are usually busiest over lunch time especially on a rainy day and we would always recommend pre booking. If you want to avoid the crowds, early mornings and late afternoons are usually quieter, and afternoons on school days.
