Bookings are subject to our Terms and Conditions, and refunds aren’t available once a session has been booked. If you need to move a booking, requests must be made by email at least 4 hours before your session start time. A £5 administration fee applies, and bookings can be moved to a date within 3 months of the original booking, subject to availability and for the same ticket type.
