When is the quietest time to visit at the weekend and holidays?


To get the most out of your visit why not make it an early start or a teatime visit? 11am until 4:30pm are the busiest times.




What should my children wear on the equipment?


Both children and adults must be wearing socks whilst on the main playframe and in the toddler area. Arms and legs should be covered to reduce the risk of friction burns on the slides. Clothes with cords that could get caught in the play equipment should not be worn in the play area.




Are there any restrictions on the equipment?


Yes. The main playframe is designed for children aged 4 and over up to a maximum height of 1.45cm. Adults are allowed on the playframe for supervision purposes only if required.

Children in excess of the 1.45m height restriction are not allowed on the play frame even for supervisory purposes.

At quieter times, children aged under 4 may play on the main playframe with adult supervision at all times. The slides are not recommened for this age group.

The designated toddler area is strictly for 3's and under only with adult supervision at all times. Please note, older children are not permitted to supervise or play with younger children in the Toddler Area.

To use the Bungee Trampolines the minimum weight is 15kg and minimum age is 3. The attraction requires 3 tokens (for 3 minutes) which can be purchased at the token machine or at reception.

The Electric Cars are designed for children aged 3-12 years of age . Children aged under 3 MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult. Smaller children aged 5 and under may also be accompanied by a responsible adult if the child is too nervous to ride alone initially. The combined weight of both riders must not exceed 20 stone. Children must be supervised from the trackside at all times by a responsible adult. There is a charge of 1 token per 3 minute ride which can be purchased at the token machine or at reception.

Is it easy to park?


HEAD OVER HEELS WILMSLOW There is a small car park at the front of the building on Commercial Avenue with disabled parking. There is a large car park at the back of the building accessible from Earl Road.




Do you have any special offers?


At Off Peak time, which are usually weekdays during school term times, we offer unlimited play time in the centre plus reduced entry price for 1's and over and reduced non player entry price. There is also an Off Peak Meal Deal available. If you are planning to eat during your visit our Meal & Play Deals save money and include an extra 1 hour play time during peak times.




When are peak times?


Peak times: Weekends, Bank Holidays, Polling Days, School Holidays (public & private) in Trafford, Manchester, Stockport and local boroughs. Off Peak: School Days in all public & private schools in Trafford, Manchester, Stockport and local boroughs.




Why do adults have to pay?


Here at Head Over Heels we aim to offer a fantastic high quality experience for families to enjoy and we are continually investing in our attractions and people in order to achieve this. We have also put considerable investment into the surroundings to give parents a relaxed and pleasant environment to enjoy, with comfortable seating and wi fi whilst the children are having fun. Our pricing structure has therefore been created to be as fair as possible to all visitors who enjoy our facilities.




What is the age range at Head Over Heels?


HEAD OVER HEELS WILMSLOW facilities are designed for 0-12 years old. The under 3s have their own separate area. HEAD OVER HEELS CHORLTON facilities are designed for 0-10 years old. The under 3s have their own separate area.




Why are weekend and holidays more expensive?


The weekend and holiday prices are our normal entry prices and we discount these in our off peak times on weekdays during school holidays.

When is the best time to have a party?


During the weekends and holidays during the winter months are our busiest times, with 11am until 4:30pm being the busiest times during the day. Altough there are no guarrentees, early morning parties are usually the quietest.

However, weekdays during school term time the centre is generally quieter. So why not take advantage of our special discounted school day party packages and Celebration Meal's in the cafe.

Front Car: Packing on Commercial Avenue: 3 disabled spaces and 12 spaces. Rear Car Parking: (Off Earls Road): 30 spaces. Weekends only: Overflow car park on Commercial Avenue. If you need to drop any items off for the party, a member of the Head Over Heels team can help. Please ask at Party Reception.




What is the best time to arrive


Plan to arrive aproximately 10 minutes before the party. Your party host can run through the guest list and itinerary, set up a tab if required, issue your locker key and show you to your table.




Do I need to bring anything for the party?


Birthday Cake and candles. Camera for the birthday photos.




Can I bring extra helium ballons and decorations?


We do not allow helium balloons in the centre as they can cause significant damage to our heating system. We do not allow any decorations to be put up in the party booths for the banquet as it can damage our murals and walll decorations.




Can I bring my own entertainer for the party?


No, we don't allow outside entertainers to be brought in for parties. We can offer a visit from Eva the Diva, the Head Over Heels Mascot for an addiitonal charge of £25. The Silver, Gold and Ultimate School Day Parties do include 20 minutes of hosted games and entertainment as party of the package.




Do you have invites?


Yes we have a selection of high quality printed invitations to choose from. They are available to collect from reception. There are also electronic A4 single sided pdf versions available that are sent as an attachment to the party booking confirmation email. These can be printed at home.




Do you provide a Birthday Cake?


If you buy the Gold Party Package, a personalised and customised cake from award winning Cheshire baker Peter Herd is included. If you choose any of the other party or celebration meal packages, you can add a cake for £45 as an extra to your part booking. Minimim 3 working days notice.

We do not allow any decorations to be put up in the party booths for the banquet as it can damage our murals and walll decorations. If you have any special requests or themes that you would like, please let us know in advance of the party.

Our parties are carefully planned to make the most of your time. All our Sky Terrace and Super Star parties include 20-30 minutes of hosted games and entertainment as party of the packages.

We can also include a visit from Hairy, the Head Over Heels Mascot for an additional charge of £25.

Do you provide a Birthday Cake?


No we don't provide a Birthday Cakes as standard. However we do offer a personalised and customised cake service with award winning Cheshire bakers, Peter Herd. Cakes (suitable for up to 30 children) start at £55 up to £85 for our Unicorn and Dragon Cakes. These can be added as an extra to your party booking. Minimim 7 working days notice is required.




Why can't older children supervise younger children on the equipment?


Our safety policies require that a responsible adult 18+ must supervise younger children on the equipement and in the under 3's toddler area.




Can I pay for extra children on the day?


Party numbers need to be confirmed in the week before the party when the final payment is made. If you would like to include extra party guests on the day, this is subject to availability and at the managers discretion.
