Head Over Heels Wilmslow - Frequently Asked Questions
PLAY
When is the quietest time to visit at the weekend and holidays?
To get the most out of your visit why not make it an early start or a teatime visit? 11am until 4:30pm are the busiest times especially during the winter months.
What should my children wear on the equipment?
Both children and adults must be wearing socks whilst on the main playframe and in the toddler area. Arms and legs should be covered to reduce the risk of friction burns on the slides. Clothes with cords that could get caught in the play equipment should not be worn in the play area.
Are there any restrictions on the equipment?
Yes. The main playframe is designed for children aged 4 and over up to a maximum height of 1.45cm. Adults are allowed on the playframe for supervision purposes only if required.
Children in excess of the 1.45m height restriction are not allowed on the play frame even for supervisory purposes.
At quieter times, children aged under 4 may play on the main playframe with adult supervision at all times. The slides are not recommened for this age group.
The designated toddler area is strictly for 3's and under only with adult supervision at all times. Please note, older children are not permitted to supervise or play with younger children in the Toddler Area.
To use the Bungee Trampolines the minimum weight is 15kg and minimum age is 3. The attraction requires 3 tokens (for 3 minutes) which can be purchased at the token machine or at reception.
The Electric Cars are designed for children aged 3-12 years of age . Children aged under 3 MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult. Smaller children aged 5 and under may also be accompanied by a responsible adult if the child is too nervous to ride alone initially. The combined weight of both riders must not exceed 20 stone. Children must be supervised from the trackside at all times by a responsible adult. There is a charge of 1 token per 3 minute ride which can be purchased at the token machine or at reception.
Are there any age restrictions on the equipment?
Yes. The main playframe is designed for children aged 4 and over.
Is it easy to park?
There is a small car park at the front of the building on Commercial Avenue with disabled parking. There is a large car park at the back of the building accessible from Earl Road.
Do you have any special offers?
At Off Peak times, which are usually weekdays during school term times, we offer unlimited play time in the centre plus reduced entry price for 1's and over and reduced non player entry price. There is also an Off Peak Meal Deal available.
When are peak times?
