IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR PARTY
Play
Party children play and have fun on the play structure under supervision of the attending adults. Head Over Heels recommends at least 1 adult for every 5 children. Parents and helpers should familiarise themselves with our Fair Play Policy and the locations of Fire Exits, First Aid Stations and toilets.

Please note that older children in excess of 1.45m are not allowed to supervise younger children on the play frame or in the toddler area.
Food
The food we serve in our parties is just as important to us as the amazing play experiences we provide. It’s our goal to produce scrumptious food whilst keeping a careful eye on the sodium, fat and sugar levels. SEE PARTY MENU
We offer a classic, vegetarian, vegan and Halal menu options. We are also happy to try and meet any special dietary requirements of any member of your party if we are notified in advance. Please contact the centre in advance of your party or ask the parent to get in touch directly.

Birthday Cake
If you choose to bring your own cake for the Birthday Celebration Ceremony, it will be taken away after the celebration ceremony to be cut up and wrapped in napkins for the children to take home at the end of the party.
We ask parents not to bring cakes containing fresh cream as they require refrigeration to be stored safely and we cannot guarantee we will be able to do this on the day. If supplied we will use the cake for the Birthday Celebration Ceremony only and return to the party parents to take home.

We offer a range of customised and themed birthday cakes which must be ordered in advance of the party date. Prices and options are available. SEE PARTY EXTRAS

Only food purchased from Head Over Heels can be consumed on the premises.

Deposit and Final Payment
For parties booked from 1 January 2024*
The Cloud Suite Build a Magical Creature Party starts from £479.40 for a minimum 12 Guests. Additional children £39.95 per child. A £100 non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking.

*For all Early Bird Parties booked before 31 December 2023, Additional children £37.95 per child.
Please aim to pay the outstanding balance at least a week before the party. The final day for payments and guest numbers is 3 days before the party.
All children attending the party must be registered and paid for.
If you have not paid the balance 3 days before the party, then we will ring you with a reminder. Unfortunately, any parties unpaid after this time will not go ahead and any deposit will be lost.

Arrival Time
We suggest that you arrive no more than 10 minutes before the start time for your party.

Parking Information
We have limited parking at the front of the building however free parking can be found on the surrounding streets. There is a large inexpensive car park at Chorlton Precinct. We are easily accessible by public transport with the Chorlton tram stop and bus stops just a short walk away.
​
Reception
Please give the completed registration sheet included in this pack to the receptionist on arrival. They will use this to check your guests in when they arrive and then direct them to the Cloud Suite. The receptionist will provide you with a clear large plastic bag for presents and stickers for the party child and adult in charge. You will find a bucket for shoes in the Cloud Suite.
Your Private Cloud Suite
The Cloud Suite is a private party space where the children will be served their party banquet and also offers a private adult lounge. You will have exclusive use of the Cloud Suite for the duration of the party. There will be paper party cups and jugs of cordial for the children. You will be offered the option of setting up a tab for drinks for your party. You will also be able to order food from the Adult Sharing Platter Menu.

Free Style Play after arrival
Once the children have removed their shoes they will be able to play and have fun with their friends on the play frame.
​
Build a Magical Creature Experience in the Cloud Suite
Approximately 30 minutes into your party the children will be called to come to the Cloud Suite. They will be invited to participate in a 30-minute build a magical creature and adoption ceremony. Your party host will show the children what to do. The children are able to take their magical creature and adoption certificate home with them at the end of the party in a themed drawstring bag or castle box. All adult guests are welcome to join the children should they wish. A minimum level of supervision is essential (1 adult - 5 children).

Birthday Cake and Party Food
Following the build a magical creature experience the children will be called over the microphone to come to the Cloud Suite. They will be met by their party host and take their seats with the party child in the centre. Antibacterial hand gel is available and it is strongly recommended that the children make use of this prior to eating.
The Happy Birthday Celebration Ceremony (cake not provided) takes place before the food is served (cake not included). It is requested, for safety reasons, that the adults stand back and give the party host plenty of room when carrying the cake with the lighted candles. Have your cameras ready and please let your host know if you would like to retake a shot.

Children's Party Food
During the children’s party food service, it is important that parents continue to supervise their children. The food is for the consumption of the children only and must not be eaten by the adult party guests. The food is served with the fruit and crudities first to encourage healthy eating. This is followed by the sandwiches and then the hot food. The party hosts will continue to bring food whilst the children are hungry. When the children have for the most part finished their food and before they get restless the ice lollies are served.
The End of The Party
The children are called over the microphone approximately 5-10 minutes before the end of the party to allow them time to return to their parents, put shoes on and say their goodbyes. As the children leave they will be checked off the list at reception and they will receive their birthday cake. Once your guests have gone, please ensure that you have gathered up all your belongings. If you have a tab to pay then this can be settled at the cafe.

Our thirst quenching party juice is Robinson's Apple and Blackcurrant and Britvic Orange juice.
The party food is served with the fruit and crudités first to encourage healthy eating, followed by the sandwiches and then the hot food.
