Head Over Heels Chorlton has been nominated as finalists for the Attraction Of The Year Under 12,000 sq ft and the Food and Beverage Excellence Award by BALPPA (The British Association of Leisure Parks, Piers and Attractions).
The Awards celebrate excellence within the UK leisure industry for Family Entertainment Centre and Indoor Play operators. The winners must have an excellent all round site and be able to demonstrate constantly achieving high standards across all aspects of the business and show why the site should be regarded as amongst the best facilities in the industry. All finalists will be visited by a mystery shopper before the final awards ceremony at Drayton Manor Hotel on Monday 26th November.
In 2017, Head Over Heels Chorlton won the Family Entertainment Centre (FEC) Attraction of the Year 2017 (6000-12,000 sq.ft.) at the inaugural BALPPA FEC Excellence Awards. As one of the longest running, privately owned family play centres in the country, Cathy Dunlevy, owner commented “I am delighted that our effort and unique approach has been recognised again by the industry. When I opened Chorlton in 2005, I wanted to create more than just a play centre. I wanted it to be a destination for family and friends to get together and relax whilst their children have fun. We couldn't do what we do without our talented hard working team who deliver amazing food, play and party experiences every day. We hope that we continue to inspire and delight our customers for many years to come.”
